Quality control process

The product quality control process consists of three stages:

-Quality control process and standards upon warehouse entry (new products):
1. Process: initial package count and item quantity verification; model code and size check; final box opening to verify accessory conformity and the absence of quality defects.
2. Standards: verification of the match between outer packaging and inner box; check that the product code (on the shoe and box) corresponds to the model; check for errors (swapped right/left shoes, incorrect color, stains/discoloration, wrong size, material/leather damage, etc.). Checks inside the box: presence of desiccant, anti-mold sheet, dust bag, included accessories, stuffing material, maintenance certificate/card, and instructions. Additionally, check for strong chemical odors or traces of mold on the box.

-Quality control process and standards prior to initial shipment:
1. Process: verification of model code and quantity against the sales order; box opening to check product quality and the completeness of shoes and accessories.
2. Standards: check for the absence of mold or unpleasant odors on the box and shoes; check for defects (swapped shoes, incorrect color, stains, wrong size, or damage due to prolonged storage). Includes: verification of barcode accuracy and content completeness (desiccant, dust bag, accessories, maintenance certificate/card, instructions, and internal stuffing material).

-Quality control process and standards for returns and exchanges:
1. Process: upon receipt of goods, quantity confirmation and signature of receipt; unpacking and verification of quantity and sizes; Finally, an individual quality check is performed on every pair of shoes.
2. Standards: inspection of the box for damage or mold; checking whether the shoes have been worn (and for any defects resulting from trying them on); checking for defects such as incorrect colors, stains, material damage, or wrong sizes; verifying packaging completeness (including desiccant packet, dust bag, small accessories, certificate/care card, information card, and checking for the presence of internal shoe stuffing).
